Psychiatric Medical Practice near I-4 and Sand Lake Road, close to Bay Hill seeks Office Assistance for a Psychiatric Practice in Bay Hill. This is a Part/Full-time position (Monday-Friday). 
Must have excellent online/offline communication skills to deal with Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatric Patients
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients:
Check-In/Check-Out
Take Vitals
Insurance Verification
Collecting Copay /Deductibles
Calling in Previous Patient 
Scheduling appointments
Organizing days activity
Answering phone calls
Checking Patient Online
Online Billing
Posting charges and reports
Scan and Uploading Records and Claims online/offline

**A friendly, Calm, fast learner, self starter, responsible, tech savvy, ability to deal with Child, adolescent and adult mental Health patients, Medical Office team player and Psychiatric Patient practice outgoing personality is necessary.**
Knowledge/experience with Practice Fusion (practicefustion.com) EMR/HMR, Office Ally billing (officeally.com), availity.com on line searches for Insurance and clearhouse, Covermymeds.com, Rx supports, Dialmycalls, online Medical billing experience is a plus but not necessary.**
